Upholstered panels made of two 10-mm thick halves with an average density of 700/650 kg/m3 and 5-mm thick foam with a density of 60 kg/m3 on each outer
face; glued together with water-based adhesive.
The enclosure rests on the floor via a black metal plinth made of 30x30x1.5-mm profiling as per UNE-EN 10305.
SEATSUpholstered seats made of foam with a density of 40 kg/m3 mounted on 16-mm thick melamine. The seats are supported at the rear by two metal legs made of
50x50x1.5-mm profiling as per UNE-EN 10305 with plastic levelling studs. At the front, there is a beam made of 50x30x1.5-mm metal profiling as per UNE-EN 10305
the length of the seat which is screwed to the upholstered panels that make up the enclosure.
The backrest is made of foam with a density of 30 kg/m3 on a 5 mm MDF support which hangs from the upholstered panel with plastic hanging brackets.
TABLETop made of 25-mm thick chipboard bonded with synthetic resins, specially designed for applications that require high bending strength.
Average density: 620/595 kg/m3 as per EN 323. With 2-mm thick ABS edge as per UNE 56.843:01.Alcoba table for 2 people: The front leg is a welded assembly consisting of a Ø40 vertical tube with a 4-mm thick sheet metal washer at the top to screw to the table top and
ending in a leveller.Alcoba table for 4 people: The front leg is a welded assembly consisting of a Ø70 vertical tube with a 4-mm thick sheet metal washer at the top to screw to the table top.
The leg ends in a plastic cap at the bottom.In addition to the front leg, the table is anchored to the upholstered panels at the rear. The fastener holds the table up, joins the rear panels together and provides the mains
connection if the Alcoba has an electricity supply. -
